I've been building software professionally for over 20 years, from first idea to production. AI has changed how software gets made, and I work at that edge every day: shipping with AI-assisted development and figuring out where it genuinely helps and where it doesn't.
Along the way I've had two stints as a consultant, and helped build a successful startup and grow it into a business together with a great team. That mix shapes how I work: pragmatic, product-minded, and focused on what actually moves things forward.
